  • No. I am not a doctor, psychologist, or medical clinician. See “Health Coaching” for how I help clients navigate through illness, and health and wellness goals.

  • No, since I am not a doctor, medical clinician or dietician. Prescribing medications or supplements are out of scope for a health coach but I can provide you with resources and information to assist you in making informed decisions. However, it is recommended that you refer to your Medical Provider for specific questions pertaining to your needs.

  • Schedule a FREE 20-minute Discovery session. During this time, we’ll discuss your areas of focus and how health coaching can help you. We’ll explore which program is best suited for your needs.

  • Yes, I am located in Franklin, Massachusetts but I am available to coach anywhere in the USA through virtual appointments via telehealth, zoom or phone!

  • Depending where you are on your journey, you can:

    1) Renew your package. You are seeing signs of positive changes (mentally and/or physically) but there’s more work that needs to be done to continue moving forward toward your personal health or wellness goals. Or, there’s a new goal or need you would like to work on.

    2) Create a Maintenance Package. Talk to me about a personalized package to meet your maintenance needs.

    • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time.

    • A “No-Show” for a scheduled appointment will not be made up, nor credited. However, an additional session can be purchased (at the discounted package rate), if desired.

    • A program may be cancelled for any reason with 14-days advanced notice. The prorated balance will be refunded, less an $80 program cancellation fee.

  • At this time, Restore & Revel does not accept insurance.
